White ousts silver as America's favorite automotive paint color

No, I don't play soccer!
I like white but someone told me she used to get hit often because people couldn't see her That kind of scared me away. I'll stick with tungsten pearl, thank you. It doesn't show dirt and swirls like other colors.

Not necessarily. Depends on the circumstances. An auto-salesman once offered me more than KBB for my old (bright-yellow) Lexus IS300. Of course, he knew me, and knew how I had taken care of it...he wasn't getting a piece of junk. (I also got some good offers privately).

Granted Lexus does it well, but have you checked out the Audi, Infiniti, and Cadillac Pearl-Whites? They were the companies that started and perfected it.

Too bad the majority of people have no idea how to clean white cars.
Although white hides alot of swirls and scratches, it does show bonded paint contamination (tar, tree sap, iron deposits, etc.) the most out of all colors. This is why most white cars you will see will look like crap up close.

Having a white car can be nice since I don't have to wash it all the time like I do with my black GX and SC.
