This is what i would think too! The car was either stolen and is gonna be altered and driven around with dealer/paper plates or its being exported out the country. I don't think they stole it to strip it down, there cant be that much of a market for Panamera parts.

All they need is one buyer for an engine or a transmission and they are set for recouping any costs to steal and store car safely. Specialty body shops "stock" some common parts, such as fenders before the winter, imagine having access to all 4 corners when that inevitable fender bender car comes in for repairs?

Cars like a Panamera get stolen and shipped to other countries, a Camry would be used for parts
