If you're talking about the clips on the fender liner, you have to pull out and they should come out half way then twist them either to the right or left and pull again, they should be able to pop out then.

If you still can't get access to the fogs after pulling the liner off, you may have to take the front bumper off completely.

Did you 'turn' the tabs 90 degrees and pull?

I followed a DIY thread somewhere here and did my fogs in 30 minutes. If you still need help, I'm in Scarborough and can offer a hand.

I changed my bulbs for the second time ever last week and I found that everything was in there pretty tight, especially for the driver side.

I ended up taking off the entire bumper and it made everything much easier as you can access everything with two hands.

Just tried yesterday....wasn't bad at all, just had to put in more elbow grease...I was afraid to break things last time so couldn't get it done but yeah now I see it's not as fragile as I think as it's all plastic and rubber

Unfortunately 1 bulb was out so gona get RMA first and then put them on once I get the new bulbs

So haven't tried the passenger side yet
