wheel installation in vancouver??
looking for a place that could install my new rims without scatching them or screw around with my car .
wheels are balanced + mounted already so they dont have much work to do.
thanks

Do you plan on keeping the wheels on the car all year round? I really recommend you invest in a set of jack stand because this way you can save money and DIY compared to keep on paying someone else.. You'll also be worry free from anyone else scratching your wheels..

just do it the ghetto way and jack one side up at a time. Time consuming? yes...but then you can spend that money for picking up byatches in your brand new ride

worst customer service. i dont even want to deal with them at all, such a headache. so i got nu brite to fix it, these goofs at wheel dude should be paying for that fix. i should send them a invoice.
i recomend people dont buy wheels from them. they dont give a crap about you.
They shipped the wheels incredibly BAD with some flinsy thing covering the rims and by the time it arrived at my house the cardboard box was falling apart. and 1 of them was damaged.

^ interesting.. I guess after their business started to expand, they are losing their capabilities of keeping up their customer services. There customer services must have changed a lot within these 2 years. If i were you, I would post a thread up in the website complaint area on clublexus and i'm sure they'll see it. Maybe they'll try to fix things up for you cause they know that one customer complaint can cause a lot of negative impacts on their business . But honestly, I wouldn't just give up like that. They know that if they keep avoiding your emails you will eventually give up and that is one of their way of strategy. Cause honestly, this is complete BS. You received a set of wheels that you purchased as a NEW set. Even though this may not be their fault but it's their responsibility of filing a case to the post office to obtain insurance or so forth. Wheeldude are responsible in delivering what you expect to your door and maintaining a good customer satisfaction. Instead you ended up paying more to get the wheel repaired and no one knows about it but yourself and maybe some of us members.
Sorry for rambling on, just that I really dislike companies that clearly has responsibilities but finds different excuses to avoid it.
