How to get lint off Uber 'super plush' microfiber drying towel?
So I bought a couple Uber super plush microfiber drying towels. Problem is, even after TWICE shaking them out and washing them and shaking them out again, I am still seeing lint getting left when drying. I used micro-restore and washed/dried the towels by themselves, as per the instructions, so don't know what to do next. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any easy solution? Really scared of scratches/marring. Maybe I need to run quickly back to my waffle weaves....

i have a couple of Uber MF drying towels that i got from DD, haven't had a problem with lint and i've had them for about a year now. i also like the Cobra WW, and the WW DI sells.

Hmm yeah all the reviews seem good - just not sure what's wrong with mine or what I'm doing wrong. Might try putting them through the wash one more time.

I used a machine dryer, but I also use the same dryer for my waffle weaves and even my other MF all-purposes and don't have lint problems on anything else. I can try air-drying the Ubers and giving it one more try, but more likely I'm just going to use waffle weaves instead. As much as the Uber towels are vaunted (and they did seem to hold a ton of water when I used them), I'd really prefer something that just works without the hassle.

i would stick with the uber for drying the car... TJM. i use the WW strictly for the windows. i prime the uber towels by drying the windows first, then dry the car. then i'll lightly mist the window with glass cleaner and use the WW to dry and get any lint (if any) left by the uber towel.
