Question Spider web cracks in paint

The other day, while driving down the freeway a shredded tire casing impacted the front bumper. It hit it hard enough that it caused the the paint at the impact point to develop fine spider web cracks. This is under the clear bra so there is no physical damage except to the paint.

My question will the paint still adhere or will it begin to loosen and flake off?
I'll have to see the body shop but since it's Sunday...the thought has me going

The clear bra will hold it together, if you did not have it ,in time it could come off...hopefully the shop use the flex additive in the paint and clear.
I don't think you should mess with it unless it gets very bad.

Sorry to hear this... Looks Like Front Bumpers and RA40 Don't Mix .

Thanks for the confirmation Mike. I'm not going to mess with the bumper till it's in need. The thought of having to pay for new clear bra ugh...

This is one of those Murphy issues.

New tires = puncture. Sure enough, second week.
New bumper = hitting something, 4 months.
New windshield = star/chip, 2 months.

When I had the front end fixed and full spray on the Celica = rock chip on hood and dog running in front of car, 2 weeks. That was a big **** dog at ~65#'s. New lower cowl, strut bar, engine undercover, turn signal lens, re-weld section of exhaust pipe and alignment.

New or fixed stuff equals ruin...I dread buying new-pretty stuff.
