Good brakes? Fair Price?

Good brakes? Fair Price?
I need to buy two new rear rotors and sets of brake pads. I know I could get the nice supra upgrade but honestly I am low on cash, will never get rims to make the rotors visable, and do not need this type of braking performance.
I happen to find rockauto.com and they offer the following:
Wagner Rear rotor - $81.30 each
Raybestos Rear rotor - $86.88
Wagner rear pads for $43.45
Gaurdian rear pads for $34.90
MY question is will any of these brands be decent? Which of the two would be better to purchase cause the price difference is so small. Is there another shop or different brand that would be a better choice for me to get?
Also when they say $43.45 for the rear pad..if i need to do both rotors would I need to purchase 4 rear pads for ($170) or just buy two of them for $87...basically im not sure if they are coming in sets or individual pads.
Any input would be helpful

There is only a marginal difference between those prices and OEMs. I say get the Toyota ones. www.parts.com carries them cheap as well as do all of CL's vendors. You must become a member but you will save double that in doing your brakes.
