Strange Issue - Side Windows and auto don't work
Last week I had a strange issue after trying to install the HID lights. When driving, I noticed the autodown did not work, and the right side windows would not work from the driver door, only.
I brought the car to the vehicle and they said they did nothing, it worked when they got it. Sure enough, it was working fine when I picked it up and ever since then.
After they installed the spoiler, I noticed the same exact thing! Now putting 2 and 2 together, when I installed the HID lights,
I had to remove the battery to mount the ballast and didn't think anything of it. When they installed the spoiler, they also had to disconnect and reconnect the battery.
Possibly something about reconnecting the battery is causing issues with the Auto window switch, and the window control to the right side, from the driver door.
Any ideas?

Same front Side Window & Master Control Issue Happened
The identical thing happened to me. All of the sudden I noticed the front passenger side window would not work from Driver Master control and the Auto Up and down from the Passenger side would not work either but if you held switch on passenger door up or down it could be manually closed or opened. I took it to the dealership and the said it worked-they said they did nothing. I wonder if they did a reset on the car or disconnected the battery and re-connected it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Every time when you disconnect the battery, you will have to reset the window switch. You can see the little light on the switch flashing if it need to be reset. This's easy to do, by holding the driver window switch to all the way up and held it for about 2 seconds, that's all.

Ditto
I had the same problem. I had never tried to roll down any of the passenger windows. I noticed all window buttons were blinking (other than the drivers side). None of the three windows would work, either from the master panel or the individual door. I called for a service appt. but thought I would try one last thing before taking it in. I went to the front passenger door and held the button down for about 2 seconds and finally the window went down. I cycled it like that a couple of times and the button stopped blinking. I repeated the process for each window and all of them are now working fine, including the auto updown feature. I have never removed the battery cable and neither did the dealer at the 1000 mile checkup.
Very strange behavior.

Did you ever get a successfull resolution to your HID problems. I want to go with a kit but am terribly confused about what to buy.

I was down to the driver side window auto working and the front passenger working. The rear windows cannot be controlled from the driver side. I tried the 2 second step and it doesn't appear to make a difference.
I still don't have the HID's in yet, but Proxenon should be sending me what I need next week. I will let everyone know once it is working.

Then, you need to use the switch at the rear window(not from master switch). Roll it down and up, then hold it for 2 seconds, then go try it from the master switch.
This's not strange at all, sometimes the tech that do the pre delivery inspection on your car forget to do this step. When they delivery from Japan, they remove one of the fuse out to save the battery from drain while the vehicle is shipping to U.S. When the tech do the PDI he need to install the fuse and this fuse power a lot of circuits.

This like most threads are extremely helpful and saving bug DOLLARS. I just disconnected the battery and reconnected it to clear and O2 code yesterday (not the best fix I know) but the drivers side auto up and passenger window control stopped working., Read these threads and fixed in 2 sec. I have a feeling the stealership would not have known either and would have wanted to replace the control switches. Could be wrong about them but I doubt it.

I had to lower and raise each passenger separately, then held button for 2 seconds up to get them to work. But it fixed it!
Great information. Thanks for your help.
