It will be happening this weekend. Looks like only 1 LFA this year?

It'll be an exciting race for sure, the Nurburgring always is. Cool that they're bringing along two 86s along as well. I'm curious to see how the hang with the rest of the light, low power cars in their class (i.e. the s2000).

Lexus LFA currently in #1 position for SP8 class
Overall, in the #20th position.

LFA in 20th place, 1, almost 2 laps down from the lead.
Nissan GT-R in 30th place 3, almost 4 laps behind the lead.
Does this mean the LFA has already lapped the GT-R at least once?

Looks like the GTR is huffing and puffing already.
Those poor big two turboes are losing their steam.

Odd to see both GTRs in the SP8T class have at the sametime falled down to identical #31 position overall. Very odd. Never seen this before where both cars are dropping at the identical rate and identical position.
I wonder if all four turboes are talking to each other and running out of steam at the same rate.

There's more to it than that. You should probably stop saying negative things about the GTR's in the race. They might turn around and bite the chances of the LFA. Gran Turismo creator Kaz Yamauchi is piloting one of those GTR's also.

On a serious note, those turboes are probably overheating and have seriously gone into limp mode as their position is in free fall right now. In a matter of just half an hour, both GTR have fallen an astonishing 20 and 40 position down to #49 and #72.

It could be from more than just a turbo problem. There's over 150 cars, who knows what the issue is. http://gazooracing-nur2012.com/ has a live GPS of where the Gazoo teams are located, LFA and GT-86's.
