Hi folks. 08 RX 350. Just changed battery. New Bosch battery. Issue: After battery change, passenger windows don't work from the driver's master window switch cluster. I'm assuming this is the result of some sort of memory being wiped out during the battery change. Or perhaps a blown fuse during power up while connecting the new battery. Does anyone have any familiarity with this issue on a 08 RX?

This has been discussed several times of late. You need to go to each of the windows separately and cycle them using their switches. Same with the sunroof. Do a search for full instructions. They are here.
Hello,
I am new here, just stumbling on this thread and search for recycle and battery but only five return without any information about recycle process after changing battery. My wife Rx 350 2008 is having issue with battery lately, we jump it four time already. I am about to change the battery and stumbling on this thread. Please show me where to find the old thread?
Thank you,
Even easier than looking for old threads here is to just check your owner's manual. The instructions are in there. In fact, the answers to lots of posts I've seen are found in the owner's manual.

CONKET, don't forget your Lexus has a 84-month full replacement warranty battery so don't go out and buy an aftermarket battery (unless you want to) since Lexus will replace it free of charge. When your RX goes dead again with the dead battery (don't jump it), just call the Lexus roadside assistance or your dealership for help. Typically they'll send out a technician with a new OEM battery and replace it at your home or whereever you are free of charge. I just had it done on our '08 RX. The OEM replacement battery carries a 84-month full replacement warranty too.
I have 2008 RX 350 and a Napa Legend battery. I have to plug in car if I don't use it for several days...Lexus dealership said all the electronics and anti-theft cause battery to drain...this seems absurd. Is there anyway to turn off that stuff so i can leave car say at airport long term parking for 30 days and not need a jump?
I was able to get my power windows working again after changing the battery by opening and closing the window on the passenger doors and cycling through that about 4 or 5 times.
If you can roll down the windows using the power window button, there is probably nothing wrong with the switches or electrical connections and the power windows just needs to be reset using this technique.
As far as battery life, I can leave my car unattended for weeks and it will crank to a start without any issues. If you have a new battery there might be a blown fuse or aftermarket item that is draining the batteries.
And yes, even though Lexus warrants the battery for 84 month, they will prorate the amount of use from cost of a new battery so if you need to have it replaced after only 42 month, they will prorate half of that when you purchase a new battery. This isn't a Lexus thing but is common among all the new car dealership service.

There has to be something aftermarket. A fully stock RX350 will last about a month no problem. I have Viper Remote starts with alarm on all my cars, this causes drain and I need to at least tend the batteries or drive it every 2 weeks if I need to let it sit, both my RX and Camry have this issue.

There is the problem and there is the answer. If you want to verify what Lexuswiz says, do a parasitic draw test. Set it up, look at the reading and then pull the fuse on the alarm system. Watch the current draw go down. Pull the fuse on all your aftermarket items one by one and watch the current draw drop.
