Please Help! Wheel gets stuck while turning!
2007 Lexus RX 350
After turning the wheel at slow speeds, my steering wheel gets stuck when attempting to return to center. It does it when turning in either direction, but a lot worse when turning right. I have to pull it back to center, and I can feel resistance at the spot it gets stuck at. It’s at the same place each time, about 90 degrees.
I checked the Power Steering fluid and it is 1/4 inch above Max Hot Level... Could this be the issue? I'm douting it.
Car has 53K. Just bought it December 2010....
If this is something covered under warranty where would I take it to be looked at....
Sorry for the limited info, Im 24 and female, and not super knowledgeable about cars!
Thanks

I did not get any warranty from the Dealership, it was purchased from a Suzuki dealership... But they said it still has a lexus warranty till 70K. Does that mean I have to take it to a Lexus dealership?

That information you were given is not correct. The basic bumper to bumper warranty for Lexus is 48 months or 50k miles. The powertrain has a warranty of 72 months or 70K.

Front-Wheel-Drive System Driveshafts, axle, hub, bearings, seals and gaskets.
Rear-Wheel-Drive System Differential carrier assembly, driveshaft, axle carrier, axle case, axle bearing, axle shaft, seals and gaskets.
