Next time for future reference, You should keep your wheel lock somewhere near the spare tire compartment in the trunk, Because if anything, the trunk can be safely secured and locked and the lock will be very difficult to lose in that small area.

When I bought my car I didn't even think to check for the key. Got a flat tire like a week ago, thank god I was near a Sears. They got the lock off in a quick and a hurry.

i am a parts counterman at a lexus in louisiana and what we do is the used car manager does not want locks on the certified vehicles so the techs take them off and just give them to us. then i sell the keys for $10.00 if its a cute chick i'll just give it to her.....but there is a chance that we dont have it. if thats the case i recomend that customers do not go back with wheel locks if they are on stock wheels so that this never happens to them again. our service department charges half an hour labor to remove the olds locks.

Funny, I had a dream about locking my key in the trunk the other night. I guess I'm afraid one day I'll do the same thing. Good luck.

You have to break it off. They have this chisel-like tool and a hammer. If you hit it at the right spot the lock breaks off. I had to do it on my old SC.

i know when my brother got his ES300 it didn't come with the key for the wheel lock, we went to the Lexus of Orlando Dealership and they said that they did not sell the keys, then we walked over to the Toyota Dealer ship across the street and got it for $10.00.

I have locks on my SC I bought recently and need a key. I'm not sure if they are oem or not, I guess I will have to figure it out soon though. Also great burnout too.
