tis the season to be having this problem. i'm in the same boat so, i need to know how to clean the throttle. i spoke to my repair guy at toyota and he said to clean the throttle, and that there's some sort of kit that you use to do it, but said it'd be smarter (and more importantly, cheaper) to try that then to have them look at it and fix. i came on here to do some research, and see if anyone has had this problem. lo and behold......
so how to clean that MAF then ? just wipe it out ? and how to clean the "throttle" ? sorry, im not a tech-car-guy....
thanks

Guys you should really try and get the code pulled. Without doing so you're kinda taking a shot in the dark. Just cause a couple of people said they had a similar problem with the lights, doesn't mean you're having the same problem.
