DVD player has been sold..
If the Navigation has not sold in the next couple of weeks, I will entertain parting it out. I have a local buyer who wants the whole lot, pending tax return money received..

This is tempting. Especially when you are sooooo close!
You must have been the dude I saw on RT 99 a couple weeks ago. Posted in Spotted NELOC.
Dumb question, is there any way you can bypass the factory NAV and play DVDs?
Also, how tedious would the install be if it's going in a car that has OEM Nak no NAVI?

I live right in the area of 99, so I wouldn't doubt it.. altho there is another DPW GS in the area.. real clean, no kit tho.
rgarjr hit the nail on the head! When I bought the car, it was setup that way, with converters and an aftermarket dvd player hooked up and working.. but when I installed the Kenwood headunit, I removed ALL of that, and have sold the dvd player, along with all the converters. All you would need to run this system in a non-Nav car is the wiring harness that runs from trunk to dash. Its not even that involved of a harness.. you could prob remove the two ends, and then add yer own wire to the length needed.
Let me know if yer interested.. you can save on shipping. Im willing to meet up. Im getting a lot of response on eBay..
Going to go look for that spotted thread now! lol
