2JZGE VVTI..non turbo engine for sale!!!!
Posting to see if anyone is interested in this engine. I recently did a 2JZGTE VVTI swap, so I no longer need this engine. This is a complete longblock with tranny and everything. The only things missing are A/C compressor, and few small parts that I took over to my other engine like the radiator hoses, the drivebelt pulley, and starter. Engine is in great condition, and very very clean. No oil spill or anything. I bought my car at an auction about a year ago. It has about 190k on it, but I know for sure the engine has very low mileage. The car I bought had a broken bront bumper, and overall not that great condition, but the engine is freaken clean as heck. How is that possible?
Well I went underneath the car one time to change oil and noticed there was a yellow marker mark under the oil pan. The only time I remember seeing marks like that is if someone buy a part from a junk yard. Also I noticed, under the engine there is no oil marks/residue or anything, but on the frame of the car there are bunch of oil residue. So how does a car have 190k and beatup overall and have such a clean engine? My only conclusion is that it has a recent swap. The yellow marker underneath the car means the engine was bought at a junk yard. It must have very low mileage as well, because of its physical condition.
Anyways, the engine is in great condition. Does not burn oil or anything and again its very clean. The tranny shifts smooth without any problem. When I first changed the tranny fluid it was almost black...I dont think anyone has ever changed the fluid. I gave it new fluid and it shifted smooth as silk. Later on I checked the fluid and it was still dark. Basically it required a complete flush.
Im looking to get around $700 OBO PRICE REDUCED!!!. This is a complete longblock swap with harnesses, tranny, and everything with exception of a few small parts that I took over to my other engine. Local pick up only please. I have a cherry picker, so I can load everything onto your car.

Do you know how difficult it is for the average person to ship out something like this? It's not something you can just ship with Fedex or UPS. For something this large and heavy, you must dispatch a freight carrier service and most will not pick up or deliver to residential address unless you pay a heavy surcharge. I'm talking like probably $400-500 range to ship this thing from residential to residential. Now if you were going commercial to commercial address with loading dock or forklift access, the freight cost should be more in line around $200 or so.
