LC 500 SEMA Car Wets Whistle for What’s To Come

Amidst all the hullabaloo surrounding the huge debut of the Lexus LC 500, and the lingering buzz that continues to surround Lexus’s new 2+2, I haven’t even taken a minute to think about what may very well be the most exciting part about the new halo car: SEMA builds!

Well, thankfully, CarScoops aren’t about to let us forget about the November aftermarket bonanza in Las Vegas, which has become ground-zero for anything-goes automobile builds. Yesterday the site featured something a bit more tasteful than what you usually find though: this Jon Sibal-Designed Lexus LC 500.

This baby has a date with millions of lucky eyeballs in Sin City soon. Well, not this particular car, as this is actually a render of the body kit concept Sibal designed for Lexus Tuned’s upcoming SEMA project. But the idea is to show off the bod in the flesh at the show.

The Nippon-inspired, carbon fiber body will feature a front splitter, rear diffuser, side skirts, and a rear wing. And don’t worry, if you’ve got a good Lexus tuner nearby, they should easily be able to fit it onto your car.

Now all you have to do is get yourself an LC 500 and you’re ready to start modding!
