9. LS XF40

Some would consider this vehicle the creme of Lexus' crop. Being born on the LS base, it already features the stout V8. But, what's more, is the styling, wheelbase and trim on this model really stand out giving the vehicle a very luxurious appeal. Other nice features include pre-collision detection system and driver monitoring system. The vehicle starts at around $82k. Available all-wheel drive, a plush cabin, and a beast of a V8 under the hood make this car the car of choice for those who desire elegant reliability. If you want an LS with some extra spice the F series variant will not fail to make the hairs on your neck stand up under acceleration.

10. RX Hybrid

Winner of the Super Ultra Low Emissions Certification in the US, this luxury crossover SUV is the next step after the already popular RX. The 295hp 3.5l V6 combined with "sport mode" enhances the steering and throttle and makes for a smooth and really efficient ride. In 2012, more than 250,000 vehicles sold globally. These vehicles start at $57k. The old stalwart on the market has finally shed the egg-ish silhouette that it was known as for years. The skin that it has now has received polarizing reviews but we love the sharp edges and Tron-inspired design. It's an angry little head turner that makes its sporty intentions well known to anyone it passes by.
