1. Turn Radio Off

Lexus likes to make everything easy for their customers, and when you're driving, they want to make sure you never need to take your hands off of the steering wheel. If you're driving and you need to turn your radio off, don't bother reaching for the stereo, instead, hold the "MODE" button on your steering wheel for a few seconds, and your radio will turn off. The same goes for turning the radio on again, just hold the button, and wait for the magic.

2. Open Windows and Sunroof from Outside

When it's blazing hot and your Lexus is like an oven inside, try holding the unlock button on your key fob for five seconds. The windows and the sunroof should open without you even stepping inside your car. You can accomplish the same results if you put the key into the driver's door, turn it, and hold it to the right for five seconds. This will make going into your Lexus in the summer a breeze.

3. Steering Wheel Extra Movement

When you're moving your power adjustable steering wheel down and it stops, don't give up, you can actually lower it farther. After the steering wheel stops, continue holding the down button for six seconds. Push it down again, and the steering wheel should go even lower.

4. Cabin Smog Filter Sensitivity

If you own a Lexus GS (and some other cars made since 2000), you can actually control the cabin air filter's sensitivity. The car will sample the air and switch from recirculate to outside, based on the quality of air, automatically. With the engine running and in park, press and hold the air circulation button, then wait for a number to pop on the air conditioner's display. Using the AC temperature control, you can change the number from 0, 1, 2, to 3, depending on how much you want the air to filter, 3 being the most sensitive.

5. Night Safety

We never know what the mysterious night will bring, and it is always best to add some light and eliminate the darkness when you're alone. If you've parked your Lexus in a dark parking lot, press the lock button on your key fob twice, and the headlights should turn on, lighting up your path, and keeping the troubles away.

6. Key Fob Seat Position

If you own a Lexus LS, then you and your wife will love this feature. Instead of adjusting the seats every time you go in the car, or even having to press the preset button, you can actually save your seat position with your key fob, so whenever you unlock the car with your specific key fob, the seat automatically adjusts to your specifications. Simply unlock your Lexus using the key fob you want to save the position on, then save the position on the 1, 2, or 3 preset button. Now each time you unlock your car using that key fob, the seat will adjust automatically. You can do the same with the other key fob, just save it on a different preset number.

7. Rear Massage Speed

If you're fortunate enough to have rear massaging seats, then you may be thrilled to hear this. When you're enjoying the luxury of your LS' rear seat massage, you can change the speed of the massage. Simply press the massage button and keep it pressed, and the speed should change. Then press it again to continue changing it, and it will eventually circle back again to the original speed.

8. Volume Preset Button

For all of the LS owners, you can finally enjoy your music at the perfect volume, every time. The button underneath the volume control on your steering wheel is a volume preset button. To save your desired volume, just adjust the volume to where you want it, then press that button, and hold it down until you hear a beep. Once you hear the beep, it means you can just press this button, and your sound system will adjust the volume automatically to this specific preset volume.

9. Sun Visor

Many people know this, but if you don't, you will be pleasantly surprised to learn it. Whenever the sun is hitting you from the side window, you can always put the visor to the side, that we know, but did you know that after you pull it to the side you can actually move it backwards toward the rear seat? This feature allows the sun visor to extend from its mounting rod and protect you, regardless where the sun is coming from. Just move it to the side, then extend it backwards.

10. Side Mirror Parallel Parking

If you do a lot of parallel parking, then you shouldn't live without this feature. By setting your side mirror remote control to either the middle, or to the right position for certain models, you trigger the automatic parallel parking adjustment. Now when you put the transmission in reverse, the mirror will automatically tilt down so you can see the curb.
