This is the part from O'Reilly's and it does not have the screw in the middle. But they and auto zone said this is the part I need and it has a semi part number match.

This is the damper on the fuel rail that is current OEM, I am spraying some anti seize stuff on it to get it off and will attempt to replace it tonight.
