After mod on passenger side Outermost re-used screw and s-clip only half visible on extreme left. Middle bolt just taken so not seen (also reused). Innermost screw and s-clip reolaced with silver bolt, washers and nut on right side. (I will change the hardware to more flushmount for this inner hole as this was just for mock-up)
