There's a hidden screw under the "ash tray". Pop off the ash tray with a flathead or trim remover and pull the electrical clip.

More than likely you'll have to swap the trim around. My f sport has the brushed steel trim and the premium one has wood.

There are 16 philips screws and 2 electrical clips holding the trim together. Its pretty straight forward. a couple of screws are hidden underneath the foam

In order to have the quarter panel window shade attached, we gotta replace the blank side trim with the one that has to bolt ends on it.

follow the trim up top and remove the philips screw hiding underneath the trim. Pray yours isnt rusted either, bc if it is, get your drill and tap it out.. lol
