Discoloration at the left edge between the controls, gouged/missing part to the right of controls indicate the lower dash is going soft. Dirt buildup near knees means it's sticky

With the lid open you can see the top of the console sides are melting, the black dirt is tacked on from the panels melting.

New tires, it's no longer possible to buy the OE type tires and the line they were part of is also discontinued. I decided to just go with Walmarts house brand, Douglas instead since they are probably the closest I will be able to get to the OE tires performance wise. They are very compliant and have minimal traction and directness, aka perfectly in line with the originals. Doesn't hurt they cost less as a set than 1 tire for the A8 or LSs.....
