Root reason why this thread was started. Thanks for the suggestions fellas.. (Hope you guys dont have to do what i did.. just sharing If anyone else encounters the same seized piece) These will be the quickest and easiest pads to access. Crazy simple design

There is the lexus part number. Comes with upper and lower pin, middle pin and 13mm bolt (with thread lock already on the thread and the retaining bracket. Also picked up 4 new wheel nuts. HATE lock nuts

Tomorrow Picking up a tube brush to clean out the bore for the middle pin. New one goes in tight.. too tight Might sand down the pin a smidge too.

Second cut. Used BFH and inner came out. Used 1/4 punch and BFH to push the outer part out. (Man... it was in there good!!)
