Hiya,
I was wondering, with a +41 offset, am i able to fit 18x10's in the rear of my '95 SC400, or should I buy 18x9.5? I am thinking about 18x8.5 up front.
as soon as I can find out what size wheel for the rear, the sooner i can order them. When I get the new spoiler put on and the car wetsanded i'll be sure to post pics

How about tire sizes now?
What tire size should i put with the 18x10's? I was thinking 275/35/18 but I read elsewhere on this forum that a person with a GS has 9.5" width and is running 275's also. So would 275's be the correct tire size for the 18x10's or do i need a different size?
For the front 18x8.5" tires, would 235/40/18 be the correct size?
Right now im on stock tires 225/55/16 all around.

well right now I run 18x8.5 with 255/35 in front, and 18x9's with 285/35 in back....you could run a 245/40 in front on that wheel and be fine and with a 18x10 wheel you can probably go all the way to 295/30's but you might rub depending on offset and ride hight.

dont worry man...most places know what offset to go with.....picture this....0 offset would be in the center of the wheel. A positive offset would be moving the center out towards the outside lip of the rim....a negative offset would be moving the center back towards the inner part of the rim....for instance a rim with a huge lip has negative offset...most rims are positive offset. You would be safe with 35+ offset in the rear and 40+ offset in the front.

Hey FastSC300, I messaged you, but i have one question about your setup. With the 285's in back, are your tires flush with the side of your car? or do they stick out of the fender a little, or are they just inside the fender?
Right now im debating whether to get 10" in the rear with 285's or 9.5" with 275's. (my offset is 41+ all around)
Do your front tires rub at all when you turn hard?
