if my 2 front tires are falken Y speed rating and general has W speed ratings...is it dangerous to use the front and rear different brands with different speed ratings?? I mean i wont be speeding more than 120 mph anyway...Traction both is AA....

I am also looking at the General Exclaim UHP as replacement tires for my GS, but after see all these comments I have second thoughts. How about Falken Ziex ZE-912? Are they any good? Thing is I want decent performance but I need a quiet ride...the OEM Yokos I'm riding on are howling like crazy...

I have the General Exclaim on my rears and they are really solid. not high perf. tire but for daily driving and wear and tear, excellent and can't beat the price.

Not sure if you found a set of tires yet but. I got a set of Exclaims in your exact sizes.
