I have a 2010 IS250C.
The front tires are 225/40 ZR18 and the wheels are 18x8 ET45 5x114.3.
The rear tires are 255/40 ZR18 and the wheels are 18x8.5 ET50 5x114.3.
I bought 4 wheels from a 2007 Lexus that are 18x7.5 ET35 5x114.3. Can I use these wheels with my current tires?

 

The 225 will fit but I would not put a 255 on a 7.5" wheel; that's way past the recommendation and can be dangerous if the rubber separates.
