Hello, I have a 2009 RX350 with the OEM 18" wheels with specs (18"x7", 5 lug, 35mm offset, 18x7,114.3mm)

I am looking to purchase a set of 19" wheels from a 3rd Gen (image below). The tires on the wheels are 235/40/19. The seller didn't provide spec's but I believe they are as follows (19"x7.5", 15 spoke, 5 lug, 35mm offset,114.3mm). Will these fit and would the tire size on the wheels fit my 2nd gen or should I get tires 235/55/19?
