As an aggressive set for an is350 would that mean I would need to modify my fenders when lowered? Or get camber arms to go more camber to have the tires not stick out?

Depends on the tire sizes but pretty much a given the rears would need to be rolled or run adjustable camber arms. Either one. This is them a few years ago before I refinished them:
