You have to know the outer diameter because that is the important one that should match the hub bore on the rim.

Pretty sure they're plastic. and these rings will fit the bore on the Lexus vehicles we drive

Josh u need better description then that. Of course it's gonna fit a Lexus but what is the side on the outside of the ring? Does it suppose to fit a 73.1 to a 60.1 fitment or what? Every rum has a different bore size too. If the rims bore size is 60.1 u want need a hub ring.
