Sorry I didn't see this post! I doubt it's much. I'm pretty OCD and I honestly don't even notice it, it's so minor that I can only see the blemishes from a pretty close distance.
would this fit IS350 lower on 1.2" without rubbing? Or I will need some fender works?
You definitely need fender work no doubt, ie. roll; I sit pretty flush with a tad of poke, just a tad on both front and rear with these wheels on my IS250, dropped to no gap with just a roll on all four fenders.
