im returning my car back to stock as much as i can and want to trade these 19 's plus u give me 500 and stock is350 wheels.. i would like a clean set if possible..the rims and tires are a month old..no curbs nothing

Ok... so to be perfectly clear; The wheels in the photo I have attached are the ones for sale, correct? Do they include the tires? If so, what condition (treadwear, etc) are they in? What is the price if I do not have a trade?
