Spacers with built-in studs bolt onto your existing studs. Stock studs will stick out if you run anything smaller than 30mm. Some wheels have pockets or divots on the back of the wheel to clear them, some do not. Also, the depth of those pockets also varies by the wheel and the face/disk. Specs on these wheels are not aggressive enough for a 350Z/G35, so we'd need to run 15-20mm spacers. Hopefully that makes sense.

I may have a 1" hubcentric spacer from my M45. I'm assuming the hub sizes are the same, but we'd have to check. If you're talking about the voids in the back pad, I would have to remove the wheels first to see the position and dimensions of the voids.
