It should fit fine however the offset is a tad conservative, since the SC430 has a very aggressive offset compared to the other lexus models. You can always use wheel spacers.

Thanks Blizzy. Yes these wheels will fit a M35; the offset on these wheels is a bit high though (I think Nissan's/Infinity's need lower offsets)
