Default Experiences about this seller?

At first don't know if this is the right place to ask this...you can move this if it's not ok to post here...

Ok, let start...

I placed the order some Junction Produce VIP parts from this company:

http://www.autowheelcapled.com/index.php/default/

Anyone familiar with it? Experiences?

I placed the order and made the payment in 19th of April so 5 days ago. I paid the parts using Skrill payment.

They confirmed they got the money and they will send me the tracking code. Now after 5 days nothing, no tracking code, no answer to my email, no answer to anything.

What the next move I should do?

I have bought hundreds of time from USA ( I live in Europe in Finland ) but never have this kind of problems.

I have not heard of this company but you can always search on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to see if there are lots of other complaints about the company.

if another couple days goes by and nothing I would try to issue a refund of my money through the site you used.

I always use Paypal and I have always gotten 100% of my money back when there was a problem. Good luck!

I've got no experience with them, but checked their whois: they were registered 6 yrs ago, and are from Hong Kong. Sometimes things are dirt cheap from Hong Kong (and usually not OEM).
It seems you need to wait or get in touch with them... I have not found any reports of scam about them, so they are probably just slow.

keep us posted!

This is the answer what I was looking for, thanks!

And they answered to me, they are processing the order, still...

Very soon my patience is over and I*ll call my money back.
