I drilled holes for the rears. Drilled right through fender wells into trunk. I ran the fronts through yhe firewall into the cab, and ran them into the trunk. Yes, the lines coming out of vu4 will eventually melt from the hot compressor lines.

the compressors leader hoses get very hot and you have them routed right on top of your soft lines which over time will melt though them and make a leak. it a easy fix just run the lines the other way turn them 180 degrees the other way

All you guys are probably gonna start crying from laughter, but here goes!

Just finished wiring it up today - took a week and two days to complete (WAY TOO LONG but I lacked the proper tools - also, installed a new head unit). In its final form though (which will probably come around in 6 or so months), expect to see some lights, hardwood flooring and plexiglas.

Not as cool as some of your guy's but here's my start. Manual air, and a little rough around the edges.

Thought I would add my trunk build into the thread I just finished it up. The entire enclosure inside is wrapped with suede, has push and pull fans and adjustable LED lighting. All the components are under 1/2" plexiglass. I built it into the spare tire well so I could still use my trunk and keep everything easily serviceable.
