Default E-level memory

Anyone using accuair e-level? If so has this happen to you my e-level seems to have lost one of the programed levels. 3 works 2 works but one seems it goes back to number 2 ride hight. It's Ben working fine for about a month now it seems like it needs to be reprogamed this happen anyone? On accuser e-level
