My VIP Style SC
#16
Thanks for the kind words guys, means a lot to me. I will post more pics of the car at different angles to show other subtle changes.
Chubby, I fully understand the car has a long way to go before it is a VIP Style car, and I also know that wheels alone do not place a car into a certain genre. Both you and I having non typical VIP platform cars, I'm sure you can exercise some empathy with me here.
Here is the game plan boys.
Mods to date:
Tein CS-T coilovers
SSR Vienna Dish whels
OEM JDM Soarer rain visors
JDM green tint
S2K exhaust tips
Full S2K retrofit + deline projector path (by 12/07)
Mods to come:
Vertex front fenders with custom led side marker integration
Air ride
Custom LED tails/turn signals
Retrofitted delined projector fog lights
Carputer (MAC mini)
Various other subtle changes to emphasize the cars lines, and shape.

nice wheel choice and a decent stretch out back also. looking good so far.
BTW, don't take people's words too strongly when it comes to VIP or VIP-style... people in this sub-genre have been popping off with an occasional elitist attitude since I started getting into VIP a few years ago.

Call it what you want but certain things are VIPstyled and certain things are not. I know emoshun is on the right track and with the future mods, this car will be more on the VIP inspired flavor when the rest are added to it.
Can't wait to see it on air and more camber in the rear man.

There is VIPcar, VIPstyle and there is your own style of whatever you want to make it out to be. It would be a good idea for VIP, VIPstyle, and EXE to have their traditions be preserved because without the roots, you will never have an evolved styling.

Back to the subject. Nice wheels, im trying to get my friend with an sc to do a similiar setup but alittle more aggressive front and rear.
