FWIW, none of those three cars you posted are particularly "VIP" if you ask me.

Closer to EXE.

Anyway, I generally think of VIP cars as having Diamond-Cut (brushed) centers
with polished or chrome outers.

That's not to say chrome isn't done on them.

go read what i said EXACTLY before saying anything. did i say that chrome is no vip? nop. i only said a lot of vip cars don't have chrome. chrome is NOT what make it vip.

I read what you said... did you read what bigmalik00 asked? he asked if it was a part of vip culture. your reply was absolutely not. so is chrome a part of vip style or is it absolutely not

the way i read his statement, he's asking if chrome has to be the case for vip, which is obviously not the case, thus my reply. and if you don't get my reply in full, here it is: chrome absolutely needs not to be the case for vip, but it exists in vip. did you see i said "pick up a vip mag and you see ALL cars with NO chrome"? however you take it i can care less. and don't worry, i have better things to do than taking it to pm.
