No, You cannot be VIP, but you can be VIP "styled"

 

its been about 5 years since that article has been published and i think the VIP scene has grown exponentially. the article is spot on. i too came from fixed up hondas. but now im seeing them vip styled as well. this genra of the car scene has evolved and id like to see how much more it can grow.

 

when i was reading this, i didnt even realize how old it was! anyways good read nonetheless! tuning/modding cars continues to go through phases and repeats

i personally really liked it up until the last bit. The car you are making VIP is huge. Only certain platforms will be seen as true VIP cars in my books.
