Winter Tires - UX 250H
I have some left over winter tires from an IS300 F Sport I previously owned. Is there anyway I can use these tires on my 2020 UX250H? What rims would I need to purchase that would fit both my UX and tires?
The UX's 225/50/18 size probably doesn't have clearances for the IS F-S's 255/35-18 rears.
The 225/40-18 fronts should fit any UX/CT/Prius rims but recall that lower profile is not preferred
for winter setups...rim damage, ground clearance.

Well, assuming you had 18s, the problem is the IS has a thinner sidewall compared to the IS, I think it's 40/35 sidewall compared to 50 of the UX.
You'd also want a higher sidewall compared to wide stance/tire width for winter.
The rim fitment isn't the exact issue, the IS I believe comes with 18x8 front and rear. The UX rim is I believe 18x7 front and rear. The tire swap wouldn't be the most ideal.
Get some decent snow tires if you really want, but if you want good all seasons with great tread life, I recommend Continental DWS06, Pirelli Cinturano P7s, or my personal preference, the Goodyear Eagle-Sports.
Tirerack.com is a great source to browse around too though I believe our US site doesn't have the UX vehicle available for outfitting even after all this time.

No problem,
I see you live in NY, I live in Chicago and I know our winters aren't as bad as yours but they can get up there -
Have you considered any decent all-seasons, in the essence of saving space (and maybe money)?
Edit: Maybe try posting them up for sale on Craiglist or Offerup or Facebook Marketplace (if you have fb).
