Our 2020 250h did not come with memory seats that our CT200h had. Anybody think it could be a dealer installed or after market option?

 

You should trade your vehicle in for one with the packages you want.

Even if you buy the harnesses, ecu modules, and actual parts, you probably still won't be able to get it working. This dealership found that out the hard way with triple beam headlights:

If a Lexus dealer doesn't have the tools to do this then only the factory does.
