Prices paid for NEW Lexus UX
#16
Ya that statement holds pretty true. I usually buy my cars around that time of the year, except for a few handfuls. Last car I purchased was my LC500 last Feb. and got around 16k / 17k off. That's including them paying off the last 5 months of my RCF's payments.

I might be wrong, but the UX200 is slower, the UX250H drove Lexus to excellent Q1 results. There was no 0% financing in Nashville, and with the Hybrids being sold on delivery, I was lucky to get $1200 off (plus All Weather matts/Cargo)

Basically, it depends upon your condition whether you want a lease or purchases as a employ i suggest you to go for lease. I recently leased a Lexus UX 250h with $339 Mo and I think this is quite affordable.

They were trying to only give 3k off the car initially, but honestly I knew how much money they were going to make off selling it.
Clearly the Manager didnt want to let it go for that much, I was there for 5 hours and my gf was there for around 9 hours or more. Funny thing is that they were not willing to budge at all when she was talking to them hence why I had to come down. Finally after a lot negotiations we got the deal we wanted. Before even agreeing to sign the papers the SA said "We really shouldnt be selling the car for this much but we havent sold any UX's in about a month. So thats why the GM is telling it go."
Either way I told him. You already have a customer for at least 9 years or more after this sell. I already bought a RC350, RCF, and now my LC500. So getting the UX is just another incentive for them to keep customer loyalty. Plus in reality if they didnt give us the price we wanted she was going to BMW since one of my good friends is a GM there.

Still haven't decided on my next vehicle. Getting towards the end of the model year. Curious what discounts are being offered on UX's. Any information much appreciated.

Get to know the safety systems and how they work ( lane keep, adaptive cruise, proximity sensors ). What kind of feedback to you get (audio, flashing alert, steering wheel vibration, etc). Each car company has a unique approach to these features and you want to feel comfortable with it (not annoyed to the point of turning these benefits off).
Bring your USB cord to test drive the multimedia interface and CarPlay/AA. Some cars are starting to offer a wireless free option. I like the wired option to keep my phone charging while in use.
UX is a smaller car than most. If you want most bang for your buck at the gas pump the UXhybrid Fsport is the way to go. Similar cars to look at are CX5 Signature, NX, XC40, the new Audi Q3 or even the Buick Envision (in between Encore and Enclave).
Don't be afraid to consider an older model that has the initial 1-2 year depreciation baked into the price. Our family's last two cars reaped the savings of at least $30k combined this way (which is like buying 1, get one free deal lol ).
Most of all have fun! If you know exactly what you want, the waiting game plays to your advantage to jump on it whenever it becomes available. Your local dealer could possibly be your friend in locating this car.

Meh
Just pulled the trigger last night. Woke up with serious anxiety this morning thinking I left $ on the table. I got about $1500 off MSRP and 0% for 60 months. FWIW, the dealer seems to be selling these like hot cakes in my area (Seattle) lately. Their inventory changes weekly. Got the 250h with Premium and cold weather package.
