NOT getting one - at least for now

After waiting so long for the UX to be released, decided not to get one as a replacement of my 2016 IS300. Test drove and it wasn't terrible by any means. Went over the lease numbers that are not currently favorable with a crazy high money factor, zero discount and only $750 loyalty incentive. $540/month for a base fwd with premium package as the sole option, didn't bother with numbers for an F-Sport with lux and nav packages since they aren't even available in my region yet. Went over some options with my sales rep, wanted to stay with Lexus and ended up getting a 2019 NX F-Sport - Atomic Silver with an MSRP of $50,125 for under $400/month. The new NX joins our 2017 NX F-Sport - USB that goes back January 2020. I'm sure the lease numbers will get much better with time so will revisit the UX in a year.

I'm not sure if I'm posting this on the right thread. I'm looking for advise on a performance chip for a 2021 is300. I actually got a fair deal on a lease I plan on keeping. Paying $395 a month for 12k miles a year 39 month lease. So my question is, are the previous engines the same? Are the previous year chips compatible? Who is the best chip maker? I need to add some throttle response and some umph to the powerband and I believe the quickest, cheapest, easiest mod is a chip. What chip do you all recommend? If I'm on the wrong thread, please guide me to the proper thread. BTW, this is my first Lexus and the only mods I've done is ceramic coating and ceramic tints.
