Hi. My 2020 UX 250h’s steering wheel squeaks intermittently when it’s warm. The dealer says they can’t diagnose it unless it happens in the car, which is a problem since it’s random, even when heated. I recorded the issue in the attached video (please turn up the sound), but he says it’s not enough because the car was recently serviced and no problems were found. What can I do? Thank you.

 

I have done this before although many years ago. The service manager (at his suggestion) used my car for a few days as his personal car and finally heard firsthand the sound. At the time he got an appreciation of the randomness. In my case, he had heard the issue so they diagnosed the source snd problem was fixed. I remember it was a BMW I owned that had a window up/down issue. Anyway, it worked for me. Good luck.
