Hi everyone! I'll summarize the problem I bought a used Lexus ux 250 (manufactured in 2019) In the configuration menu you can see that it has Android Auto and Apple CarPlay However, I have tried with 3 different phones and with an iPhone and despite being connected by bluetooth and also by certified USB cable, the android auto app does not open on the phones or on Lexus.I imagine it may be a problem with the Lexus updating to support newer Android versions. Does anyone know anything about this?

 

First of all the DCU and MEU software are obsolete have it updated by your self via www.lexus-tech.eu // OWNER or at a local Lexus Dealer. Keep in mind that a good deal of TSB (Technical Service Bulletins) have been realised since 2019 tackling software glitches, having said that I propose you to report the problem to your Local Lexus Dealer. Map and Software updates are of free of charge for a period of 3years.
