Dear Forum Members
I have spent hours trying to register my Lexus mob phone app to my in-car multimedia device without success. Any helpful suggestions gratefully received.
The issues are:
1. in car method says press menu button and find device number - doesn't show any numbers
2. out of car method asks for multimedia device serial number but cannot find it anywhere in the menu.

 

They might be talking about in your nav menu under device info or about or even on the update menu.

 

Thanks Gerf. There is nothing in the menu about the multimedia device serial number. I have already tried both the numbers in the software update menu and neither work.
