Have 6000 miles on 2024 TX 350 premium. The third row will power recline fine, but when the button is pushed to come back up, it struggles then stops. Very disappointing. Took it into Lexus service. The next day they claimed to have repaired it. Said it was simply the carpet that snagged the mechanism. I came and tested it out after opening the trunk, putting the 3rd row completely down then back up. Then sat in the 3rd row and tried the power recline; same problem. Struggled to come back up. Then the head mechanic said they would need a part that's on backorder to repair it. "Why didn't they do that before calling me to come and pick up the 'repaired' vehicle?" I had such high hopes for this otherwise nice vehicle. The power mechanisms for the third row seem so fragile and underpowered, it's hard for me to believe that I'm the only one. This seems to be a recall-type issue. Anyone else?

Thanks for sharing. I just got mine 16 days ago. Does your case mean that if I place the carpet mats with the all-weather mats (as I have done already), I Should not have this problem?
