Has anyone else had problems with door locks?

This morning we simply could not open right rear door. Multiple key presses, interior unlock presses would not unlock. Tried to open from the inside with both directions on the handle (doesnt pulling out on the handle a few times open?). About 3 minutes into the drive we all heard a noise from the door, and at our destination a few minutes later the door was then unlocked and functioned as normal.
