It’s been barely one week since I picked up my TX350. It has rained ever since except a couple days ago when we finally had some sun. Noticed a dent in the black panel that’s behind the third row windows. It’s bugging me especially when it’s a sunny day out. Never noticed this coming out of the dealer when I purchased it last week since it’s been so gloomy. The dealer should hopefully take care of this issue right? Frustrating to have to deal with a dent on a brand new car out the dealership.

 

Yeah, that would bother me also. Hopefully Lexus will take care of it.

 

So apparently, Lexus barely has any replacement parts around and they’re super hard to get ahold of. Have no idea when this small panel piece is expected but the dealer said they’d order it and hopefully have Lexus USA pay for it? Will update whenever I find out more.
