Vossen what size tires AWD 13 GS

Hey guys I'm new to the LEXUS CLUB and need some help with tire size on my 2013 AWD GS 350 F. I wanted to run 245/40/20 in front 275/35/20 rear on my Vossen VLE. Can it be done. I live in Philadelphia and the roads here suck just didn't want really low tires thanks.

tires a size too tall but you are keeping the overall diameter within a percentage of each other.
